A trend swept through the online blinds industry around the year of 2004. That trend was to add a processing fee to every order, regardless of the size of the order. This fee, which currently ranges from $2.95 to $10.00 per order, was simply a way to tack on a pure profit money maker to each order but from our point of view it was (and is still) not justified.

At AwardBlinds.com we value our customers and to this day we have refused to start charging a processing fee. We believe in giving the best prices on quality blinds and shades without any surprise (meaningless) charges or fees. We often times receive "thanks" from our customers for treating them with respect and for keeping our prices honest. Feedback like that is greatly appreciated and we will continue to deliver high quality window blinds and shades without the "processing fees" of the industry.
